New TwinTech Ultimate Solus casters are designed in a wide range of OEM and other applications such as medical products, POP and other retail displays, audio-visual equipment carts, theater sets, and other applications where high performance in a sleek, attractive caster is desired. 

Featuring a die-cast aluminum body that provides high strength without the material cost or greater weight of other caster types, the new Ultimate Solus is a twin-wheel, threaded-stem caster built with a ball bearing swivel head and sealed precision wheel bearings for maneuverability and ease of movement. Durable Nylon 6 wheels are rugged and lightweight while polyurethane tires provide a smooth, quiet ride. 

In hospitals and other medical facilities, Ultimate Solus casters are ideal for daycare and long-term care beds, ultrasound units, patient hoists, surgical apparatus, and other medical equipment. 

Available in free swivel, total lock, and total/directional lock functionality, TwinTech Ultimate Solus casters come in three wheel diameters: 4″ (275 lbs. load capacity); 5″ (297 lbs. load capacity); and 6″ (330 lbs. load capacity). Wheels are RAL 9003 white finish with gray polyurethane tires. Custom RAL wheel colors are available. Stems are M12 x 20mm (4″ casters) and M16 x 20mm (5″ and 6″ models). Alternative stem and thread sizes including 1/2″ and 5/8″ are available depending on quantity ordered.
